We need magic again. A millennium ago we had too much, and all sorts of terrible things happened to get rid of it. But things are different now. Now, as the world seems to be crumbling around us, now we need a little more magic. </p> <p>Humans are magical creatures. We will never escape that. So, we might as well know a little bit about it. </p> <p>The first step to working magic is understanding the difference between will and desire. Magic is about will, it takes letting go. It's not easy to learn how to surrender the ego and be left with nothing but will. You can't explain it. The words just can't get to the details.
